SOHO Coffee Cambray Place — Restaurant in Cheltenham

My daughter and I visited this lovely coffee shop nestled in the corner of Cheltenham town,and were extremely happy with the friendly service provided by the manager Stuart, and also the lovely member of staff Luks. Both were lovely and the staff seem to have a good working understanding with their manager,which is nice to come across,as both were doing their share of work. The coffee I had was presented very well and hot, and the oat milk macha my daughter had,was beautifully presented with an array of colours. The food was piping hot,generous servings, and served with a smile. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed,my daughter and I felt that we were not rushed at all, and nothing was too much for the staff, if we needed anything. We shall be returning as I feel this may become our new favourite place to visit when we have our shopping excursions in Cheltenham town. I highly recommend this coffee shop for families,couples,friends,and even to venture alone,as it caters...

Family of 3, walked in and was advised that there was only 2 jacket potatoes left. Whilst the third person was deciding on what to have instead of the jacket, they sold a jacket potato! So when we turned back to order there was only 1 left. Would have been nice to have checked with us first. I had the jacket potato with avocado and halloumi. Was very nice and tasty. Served in a bowl?! The 2nd of the group had a brioche bun with pulled pork. The brioche bun was toasted. Doesn't say that on the description. The pork was dry as a bone and average tasting. (Picture looked better than it was) The 3rd member 's food selection was the duck salad, which was lovely and enjoyed. 2 coffees were average and not amazing. Cost came to £23.99. For a jacket potato, a brioche bun with pulled pork, a salad and 2 coffees...

I visited on 29th March and had a very disappointing experience. The staff were unhelpful, grumpy and rude. I ordered a coffee and a breakfast bap, but the wrong coffee was initially served without any apology. When the correct coffee arrived, it was handed over in silence with a grumpy attitude. My bap, ordered with ketchup, was served without sauce.- no apologies again. I had to request ketchup, which was provided in a small plastic bowl without a spoon or knife so I could actually put it on the bap. I had to ask for it and it took a while for the guy to find it.

Additionally, the toilet was in a disgusting state, so dirty. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the staff seemed indifferent. I am genuinely surprised this place has such...
