Cant' thank 'A Flat in Town' enough! From the moment that I emailed Lance to enquire about the property to the moment I moved out, they were attentive, helpful and supportive! We moved from Birmingham to Edinburgh, so it was a big and stressful move however Lance made sure that everything was ready and was flexible with us picking up the keys! This meant that after a 5 and a half hour drive with all our belongings, we arrived in a clean flat with the heating already put on for us!

The photos of the flat were very realistic and any questions or help that we needed were answered quickly! It has had a huge impact on making our move a succesful one.

Do not hesitate to use 'A Flat in Town', they are by far the best agency I have come...

Used them to find tenants for our home that we had to move out of due to work relocation. The tenants that they found damaged our property and in one case only stayed a few months. This wasn’t what we wanted at all and this agency didn’t seem to have screened the tenants adequately. We also found their manner to be not very professional and there were several inconveniences as a result of their service (e.g damage not spotted at checkout inspection, keys not returned after viewing). We not be able to reccomend this company to anyone who needs to rent out their property...

Could not wish for a better letting experience. From the get-go they were easy and transparent to deal with. I was renting a short term let from overseas so there was a fair amount of anxiety over choosing a place based entirely on pictures. But A Flat in Town was great. What they advertised exactly matched what we got, their documentation process was simple and streamlined, and communication was fantastic all the way through. I’d absolutely rent with them again, and recommend them...
