We ordered two different foods and one of them was the ''Ta Ray Jarn Ron'' and honestly I am really disappointed. My portion was really small. Specifically my portion had only 2 prawns, 1 muscle, vegetables and kind of sauce. I call them back and I asked them to explain to me what happened as my food costed £10,45 and I received half of it. I spoke with 2 different people one of them was the manager-owner. She told me that her chef said that she put more that I said. I was asking If your chef did it why I called you?. She asked me for the other food and I told her that everything is OK with the other one and the only problem is with my food ''Ta Ray Jarn Ron''. I spent 20 minutes to explain to her but without solution and of course with not enough food. Moreover, she was really rude and she did not want to hear the things that I was trying to say. In addition, she was saying that the problem is with deliveroo and I need to talk with them. I am writing my review at the moment because it is not fair for the people to spend money for food and they can not receive good...

A cosy Thai restaurant with street-food inspired atmosphere. They serve wonderful delicious Thai food.

The place is located in the residential area on Rodney street, not far away from Leith walk and Broughton Street. Although they have a few tables but the restaurant has quite relaxed vibes as if you have gone to your friend’s house for tasty home-made food.

The best part is that you can also BYOB!!!!

The owner and the chef are wonderful people. They are super friendly and have fantastic high-standard customer service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who love Thai food but prefer low-key and relaxed atmosphere.

Come check this place out!!! You probably have to book a table if it is the weekend or why not try order a takeout.

UPDATE 5 May 23

Delivery was faster than originally predicted but we would have happily waited much longer for decent food. My chicken massaman curry had a very watery sauce and huge chunks of potato and carrot. Whilst eating it I understood why another reviewer had said the food was bland. My daughter's prawn dish contained 5 tiny prawns but did have a bit of spice to it, but it was more chilli than flavour. She also had chunks of carrot swimming in a watery sauce. Our prawn crackers were not Thai style crackers but were white and stale so they went in the bin. The coconut rice was fine. The 50p service charge was a bit mystifying - I can only guess it's for putting the food in the containers. £2 delivery charge. £20 meal, won't be using them again ever, beans on toast next time would be a...

We were here last night for the first time and we definetely reccomend it. The place is small, with 6 tables, which makes it cosy and warm. The lady who served us (Nush, I hope this is the spelling) is super nice, and the food is amazing. We had two vegetarian starters, then green Curry and Stir-fry with two sides of rice and noodles, and we paid less than £40 in total. The price is definetely below the avarage of Edinburgh but the quality is higher! I think we have found a gem of Thailand in Scotland, and we'll come back for sure. Ps: they do not serve alchool but you can buy it next door or bring it from home, and pay the corkage fee.

I ordered a Yum Nua Yang (spicy beef salad)... this is what arrived (pictures)... Description from menu - Spicy beef salad, slices of grilled beef mixed with our special dressing make with lime, mint leave & chilli, tossed with grapes, tomatoes, red chilli & mix green leaf.... I assume the 'mix green leaf' was the 3 soggy iceberg lettuce pieces. Wouldn't issue a refund so had to get Just Eat involved. Let's just say - steer clear of this joint! Oh and my partners curry was a soup.
