I bought two frozen bean and bacon soups here, only to discover they were a delightful six months past their expiration date. When I went back to the store to point this out, I was informed—brace yourself—that it was my fault for not checking the expiration date. Right, because clearly, it’s the customer’s job to quality-check everything on the shelves. Silly me for assuming basic standards of competence.

When I politely reminded the staff that ensuring product freshness is, in fact, their responsibility, the person who sold me the soups hit me with a jaw-dropping excuse: her mistake was somehow linked to "benefits." Apparently, she thinks I’m "living off benefits" and, therefore, should just grin and bear expired soup? Oh, but here’s the kicker—she actually claimed that if she were "on benefits," she wouldn’t be making such mistakes. Fascinating logic, isn’t it?

And let’s not overlook the irony here: people on benefits couldn’t even afford to shop in this overpriced store to begin with. But sure, let’s make this about "benefits" instead of the glaring failure to remove expired products from the shelves. Honestly, I’m still struggling to figure out what on earth benefits have to do with this entire mess. Maybe next time, I should come in with a clipboard and do their stock checks for them—just to help...

Good selection of products. Unfortunately recently bought outdated cold meet again, last time it was a butter 3 days out of date. And a speed of service is a joke. Old woman standing behind a meat counter pretending not to see me for over 10mins while other girl was serving on till. Plus the laziest manager I've ever seen - that chubby girl always standing somewhere in the middle of the shop, gossiping with whoever about whatever, tidying shelves or doing some other time killing tasks instead of helping serving people. Last time I spent 20mins waiting in queue while she was facing teas and talking bolox to her colleague. When boy asked if he should help serving she said she gave him another task to do. I was only third in que, there was 4 more people waiting behind me. She is a joke - behaves like those old grumpy lassies working in groceries in Poland since communism. I liked this shop. Shame. Towar który jest bardzo przeceniony jest po terminie przydatności. Na daty przydatności warto zwracać uwagę, gdyż sporo jest produktów na półkach które nie są przecenione, a są po terminie. Nie dajcie sobie wmówić że data przydatności jest OK, bo to producent wymyślił i po tej dacie można ten produkt spożywać. Sprzedaż takich produktów jest nielegalna i grozi zatruciem pokarmowym. Nigdzie indziej, w żadnym sklepie/ sieciówce nie spotkałam się żeby sprzedawać produkty po dacie przydatności.

W sklepie panuje ścisk i towar jest upchany. Nie ma tam za bardzo miejsca, a najgorzej jest gdy na środku stoi dostawa na palecie. To jest mały, klaustrofobiczny sklep i można mieć wrażenie że półki i towary zaraz na ciebie spadną.

Kupowałam tam z przymusu, ale wiem że nie warto. Nigdy nie czułam się tam dobrze jako klient. Panuje tam niemiła atmosfera. Obsługa, a szczególnie właściciel powinna mieć szkolenie w kontaktach z ludźmi i z prowadzenia sprzedaży. Z zewnątrz ten sklep też nie zachęca do wejścia. Jest obskurny i poobklejany wyblakłymi, starymi naklejkami. Obskurantyzm też nie jest tam obcy.

Gdyby tylko nieco zadbać o ten sklep i wprowadzić nieco zmian (zaczynając od siebie), posłuchać klientów, czego oczekują, wywalić towar który nie schodzi a tylko zajmuje miejsce, zmienić oświetlenie, ekspozycję, może troche zainwestować w (nawet "kosmetyczny") remont- to byłby fajny polski sklep.
