Well.. Actually not well ! We ordered kitchen 21.08 and been told that delivery will be in 3-4 weeks . After 5 weeks I called to customer service myself and ask where my order is - finally arranged delivery for …24 th October ! 24 th after few hours waiting I called to CS again and got know that nobody will come due to problem with driver . Re-arranged delivery for Sat . Sat - no breakfast bar arrived - nobody i formed me why . Also we discovered that carusel and corner flex hasn’t been added to order. One front of unit missing also . Called to CS again - I got know that breakfast bar is damaged - rearrange delivery for Tuesday. Tuesday- breakfast bar delivered and left ground floor - 3 m long and 90 cm wide - we are at 2 floor . After taken it finally to flat we discovered that it is exactly the same breakfast bar which hasn’t been delivered first time - as had smashed corner ( she told me it by phone ) ! Husband called to CS again - he couldn’t speak as I made order so I had to be myself . Me called them 5 th time ! - got know that I need to go to store Went to store Sat morning - nobody works ! No manager ; no other workers at kitchen area..- call to CS 6 th time ..for nothing ! Back to store again on Monday- negotiate with manager - I agreed to keep damaged breakfast bar but asked about corner flex and carusel. Sorted . No signal from Wickes about delivery for next whole week . Me called them again - 7 th time or even 8th .. I lost control . Arranged delivery . Waiting for delivery - nobody arrived at that moment - called to CS again … Got know that address was wrong !!! And parcels have been delivered to my neighbours - someone signed - no name - nobody knows who sign. Neighbours confirmed that someone tried delivered but they refused as 3 big heavy packs . Nobody knows where my parcels are . Call to CS … Finally got my order - wrong baskets .. I gave up that day ..

Read moreAwful experience from start to.... trying to get them to finish. Had my bathroom done in March 2021. They took incorrect measurements and ordered a sink unit that was too big then could only replace it with one that was too small... eventually had to get one from b&q and they did refund me the cost of the Wickes one. They also ordered 3 extra packs of 25kg floor tiles (1.5 was needed) , again, due to poor measurement, and refused to deliver to the door so I had 125kg of tiles to move up 2 flights of stairs myself, odd when they delivered everything else to the door. The job ran a week over, I'd moved in with a friend for ease, which they knew and would tell me they were there when they weren't....I'd go round to check in. Lots of snagging issues which they did fix in the end, they left all the waste in the garden for a week or so after finishing and I had to call multiple times to get them to remove it. In June this year the new spotlights broke, the towel rail came off the wall and the toilet detached from the fittings! I managed to screw the towel rail back on and fiddle with the lights to get them to work. They all broke again so reported it in July as it's still within the 2 year warranty. Initially customer service was responsive but full of excuses....they can't get in touch with the installer, I need to wait until they've given him a chance to respond, then the new installer would be hard to get managers had been on holiday etc. I'd asked if I can find someone myself to fix it then they can pay, I was told maybe but we had to follow this process first Now it's the end of September and they still haven't fixed it and customer service has been ignoring me for 2 weeks! The 2 year warranty is worthless. I've already had to pay someone to fix the spotlights and it looks like I'll end up paying for the rest of their shoddy...

I was told indirectly, however clear enough to understand that they deal only with those who have 8-9k for their kitchen so poor customer like myself isnt worth of attention clearly. Even i tried pushing and saying about the possible finance, and clear money upfront saved up, that was disregarded along the corporate rate discount. 👏👏👏👏 Instead of selling product or presenting any of them priority He urged to find more about the budget rather than what we are looking for, how we would picture it. Best was the top line quoting “ WE DONT DO CHEAP KITCHENS LIKE IKEA OR B&Q” guess what buddy, i will ho exactly to Ikea to quote my kitchen as they don't do cheap customer service as you. Is legal to name competitive brands and shame them to customers?🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 Whoever is managing that store, trust me, i wont step into it neither people I know as my experience was good enough with you! Thats no the end, I called to cancel the bookings and told them that I don't want to hear from them again and to delete the details, i got a call 2 days after from same patronising individual.
