Bought a audi a3 car from this company in February of this YEAR, (2021) I paid extra for 6 months guarantee. 8 weeks down the line give or take, the passengers front door handle casing came lose. Phoned the company to be told it is cosmetic they don't deal with cosmetic issue. Took the car to a private garage to find out that the mechanism inside the door cart is broken, someone had broken it, and wedged it with a piece of rubber and then glued the door handle casing onto the door. I reported this back to the company to be told they do not have a responsibility to fix the problem as far as they are concerned it had left their building in a satisfactory state!! I paid nearly seven thousand pounds for the car to be told they will not fix the problem with the door. So I am supposed to accept that I have been sold a car that has a broken mechanism and door handle. Well I don't accept it and I will be taking it further. DON'T BUY FROM...

Couldn't have helped me to find my sons school uniform. The young girl who served it went out of her way to greet us in the shop and help us through each stage of the bundle we had asked for. She checked for more sizes throughout the transaction and was not bothered that she had to check. The shorts were unavailable at the time, but they got these delivered to us at no extra cost once they were made available. This shop has everything you need for kids' school uniforms. We bought a set bundle that consisted of a range of blazer, tops, ties, etc. Prices were reasonable also....

I just arrived, door open, want to enter the shop, and then there is this young ignorant person telling us in the rudest way that there is a queue pointing to the empty space to wait there.
