They are very bad. I have been using this meat shop for the last 6 months and it has been getting steadily getting worse each day.

When I first started going, they were very friendly and helpful but it seems that they don't care about their customers at all.

Recently, I bought a lot of meat from them. The medium chicken they gave were actually baby chickens. I queried them in the shop about it and they said 'no, no, no brother! These are medium chickens'. I called them when I got home and measured them, they were 600g each so not much of a medium chicken. They were still insistent that I was mistaken.

The chicken thigh I got from them started stinking after a day in the refrigerator. Again I called them and all they said was maybe you stored it incorrectly. No refund or each admitting that they sold off food.
