I would give 0 stars if I could and I am completely appalled at the customer service or complete LACK of!! Me and my cousin just placed an order today around 7pm and food came just before 8pm. We ordered some chicken fillet burgers which came fine (except I did ask for extra chilli in my burger and this wasn't there, but that's the least of my issues concerning this order ), 1 portion of peri wings mild flavour, and 6 packs came that were extremely spicy. Additionally 3 x fried chicken strips meal and these NEVER came. We were trying to feed our kids who were waiting for these strips. However. these never came and the wings were soo spicy that none of them could tolerate even 1 wing, we all have poorly children now that are gasping for water and eyes and noses watering. As soon as we realised the order was incorrect we rang and the guy at the till was extremely rude and would not offer any resolution or support for this ERROR. His exact words were "not my problem". I explained that we have all these kids who need to eat and we just spent £42. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused me this and cut me OFF MID sentence ! My whole family come here regularly but after this experience, we will not be coming back! I want someone to get back to me and I want to understand how you train your staff about customer service, even just basic etiquette. Read moreI've been at this premises for so long, but it seems like this was the time for me to write a review. The food has declined in taste, but that wasn't the reason why I have decided to write a review.
The staff in there are appalling. They don't care when you are there. They are rude, they ask for your order as of they are doing you a favour. If you change your order, they get so annoyed even though your still making the order.
The staff tend to talk in there language, even though they are talking to you, like really...
They have been talking about the owners son who comes to help out now and then, who maybe is the nicest person in there, but they mock him and talk down of him. Even to the point thinking he's think too much of himself. I think that's appalling. I had my colleague with me, who understands there language and has mentioned this. This is so wrong.
The owners need to talk to them if they need the business to thrive. Having those staff on board is not good for business. The attitude towards the customer is not good.
Hope the management can sort this out. If this continues, I'll be going elsewhere. Taking along all my staff orders and those who...
Read more"Delivery was good, food amazing as per usual however please train staff on customer service, I asked food to be delivered upstairs however what I did not expect was such a hostile reaction, I'm at home with my sleeping baby and normally come downstairs.
The person on the phone was so rude and would not listen and at one point when asked to speak to a manager said to come down then "basically offering me out for a fight" he then cut the phone of on me Rang back again and again he was so hostile, if he doesn't want to work there and serve customers maybe he needs to look for another job. Never received such rude service and I hope the phone calls are recorded
He refused to give managers name and said find out yourself, the reviews on Google all suggest the same thing, the customer service is diabolical and I have been coming here since at least the last 10 years.
Only saving grace is the food and the delivery driver! Most likely will never order from here again and judging by the Google reviews the customer service seems to be an issue throughout! There's a branch just down the road in jubilee crescent and I'll go there...
