Eatigo Fast Food Coventry — Restaurant in Coventry

I had a terrible experience at Eatigo on Fossil Road, Coventry. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive—especially the manager and counter staff. When I ordered online (chicken with rice), the chicken was completely missing. When I called to raise the issue, they insisted it was included, which was clearly untrue.

The service felt dishonest and unprofessional. On top of that, their behavior towards customers was toxic and disrespectful, making the entire experience very uncomfortable. I genuinely worry about their hygiene and food handling standards. This place is a complete disaster. The counter staff are no better, with zero professionalism, no manners, and an attitude that makes you regret walking through the door.

The food is a joke. If this is how they treat paying customers, imagine what goes on in the kitchen. The whole experience is toxic, frustrating, and a total waste of money. I’m writing to share my disappointment with the customer service I received today. We are regular customers and usually enjoy your food, but whenever the same person is at the till, the experience becomes frustrating. His attitude is unprofessional — he shows no respect or courtesy, doesn’t thank customers, and seems uninterested in providing good service.

During our visit, he kept answering phone calls while taking our order, which caused mistakes. Our meal was missing items, and even simple requests were handled poorly — I asked for ketchup and received mayonnaise, and when I requested a Diet Pepsi, I was given a regular one. When I asked for the correct drink, his response was dismissive, as if he was too busy to help.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issue with proper training or supervision. Your food is among the best in town, and it would be great to see your customer service match that same standard.

What can I truly say about this place that hasn't already been said ... Maybe that the lamb chops they provided did taste really good for the 3 chops that had meat on it. The others had no meat on at all and I was gnawing them like a dog to take out the small remnants of what could be classified as meat from them This could be seen to be laughable until you realise I paid good hard earned money for these bones. I wonder where they thought giving lamb chops without the lamb was a good idea. Maybe they wanted to increase their profits at the detriment of the customers stomach. They did with me as I was left hungry after it and started consuming my brothers wings instead. Without his consent and knowledge I might add.
