Square Pizza Grill — Local services in Coventry

The food was nice but the chosen sauces to go with chicken and chips came already on the food. So it arrived soggy and with 2 different sauces all mixed together which was quite off putting. Secondly the driver was rude. He parked 5 doors down and then expected me to walk down and collect the food. Where I live has its own car parking spaces so there was plenty of room right outside my house. I was in my pyjamas so I called him to bring it up to my door. Instead of driving he walked and said it was a big order so he had wanted me to go to him. That doesnt even make sense because he had the luxury of the insulated pizza bags. If I had gone to him I would have had to carry the food with no bags and risk dropping it. I asked and paid for delivery, so I expect it to come to the door.

Update: the customer service has deteriorated rapidly. There is a lack of transparency with pricing. They seem to increase prices depending on who picks up the phone. The menu says free delivery for large orders, yet they still charge for delivery. It's a shame how quickly this establishment has lost its edge. I hope the owners take notice of this and other reviews and improve...

We order from here regularly as we all eat different things so here they cover everything. Last night they sent 1 thing on the order with sauce and it should have been without, quick phone call to them and they sent out another very quickly. Customer service is great, food is great, price is great. Couldn't recommend them more....if you're looking for somewhere different then order from these guys, although go through their own app or website as opposed...
