First time I've ordered from you and I've waited nearly an hour and half for my delivery then it turns up to be given the wrong order then having to call the delivery driver to inform them and the delivery driver then ask me to come back to my door for them to give the "right" order for that to be wrong also so I call the shop to be told that there's nothing that can been done about it and they will give me a complimentary coke can and for me to call again the next day and they’ll give me the correct order and once stating I don’t want the order tomorrow I want the order now or the delivery driver to come back with my money to the phone hung up on me so I decide to call the delivery driver who also hung up on me and once I managed to get hold of the driver he comes to my address with the attitude of “give me the food back then” so I did and him slamming the cash into my hand and then slamming my front gate shut loudly. it's disgusting customer service and 3 times I got hung up by on the phone when chasing up my order after the just eat website was saying delivered should be ashamed of how you've treated me...

HIRE SOME SENSIBLE STAFF I ordered pizza from uber eats. I added 2 pizzas to the cart under buy 1 get 1 offer but only 1 arrived. Instead of apologizing the shops own drivers were rude and started arguing as if it's my fault. I showed them how directly 2 pizzas get added to Cart and there is NO option for adding only 1 pizza. Aftef this Drivers started pretending that they are uber delivery drivers and had nothing to do with restaurant. Uber eats app clearly states restaurant's own staff will deliver order. Drivers called some lady in the restaurant who started blaming me. They refused to pay any refund. Absolutely Terrible experience. On the top of all this Order arrived after an hour, fries were soggy and pizza wasn't worth the price... i would suggest them to HIRE SOME...

I ordered a 20 inch pizza with bbq chicken, green pepper, onion with garlic sauce which I assumed was garlic mayo.My order came 20 mins late then when I called to ask if I could have another pizza sent because all my topping were not there the manager tried to tell me that ‘garlic sauce’ was not garlic mayo. English is very poor and clearly can’t understand the basics. He refused to send me another one or even send me garlic mayo. Pizza was nice but the manager is very rude and refused to admit his mistake. To be honest it ruined the whole pizza not having garlic sauce like I’d specially asked for. And ended up waiting over 1 hour and...
