Amigo's — Local services in Dover

Never had a problem with these up until now. At a friends for a meal, It turned up late and luke warm. Whenever you call up you just get told 'on way'. Anyway, We gave driver £60 for a £48 worth of food. He gave us the correct change of £12, He returned a few minutes later, claiming there was only £40. As 3 of us put £20 in each, we know there was £60 there, and either driver lost a 20 in between front door to car or pocketed it and pulled a fast one. We told the driver this, and he denied all knowledge. And stuck to hes 'theres was only £40' lies. We gave him a further tenner to get him out the door.

Ild advise everyone to order through just eat via card so driver can't steal or lose your money whilst walking 10ft to hes car like the absolute...

Would give this no stars if I could. I am still yet to receive a refund and i don't think I ever will given the rudeness of the staff over the phone and in the shop. I ordered two pizzas (because their website doesn't work properly) so I rang and said I would only like one. I waited well over an hour and heard nothing so I rang the shop just to be told that I had to go to the shop to collect it and they would refund the rest. I collected one pizza from the shop, feeling uncomfortable in the process due to the hostility of the staff, and never received money back for the other one. I have spoken to others who have had the same experience, please do not order from here - use just eat or another...

Phoned up to place a order for delivery, asked if I can pay by card over the phone (which I have done in the past).. got shouted at by what sounded like a young gentleman saying “in the 23 years he has owned this place he has never had a card machine in the property and that I was stupid for trying to say that I have paid by card with them on multiple occasions.. and continued to have a go at me down the phone.. when I said that I won’t be able to order from them because I haven’t got cash I’ve only got card, he proceeded to say that it’s not his fault I have card and not cash” then hung the phone up on me.
