I find staff, particularly the female staff extremely rude Most times I’ve had to use the shop, she’s on her phone whilst standing at the counter. Won’t even disconnect it whilst serving- just carries on the conversation as though you, the customer is the inconvenience!!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour, I brought a chocolate milkshake and the shop keeper has left it to go all disgusting and old , did not let me swap it for a better one or did not let me get my money back , never buy milkshakes...
