Managed to get a last minute cancellation and was so happy that we did , we had a fantastic time the location was just fantastic everything is walking distance the pier is less than 10 mins away . The house had everything we needed lots of space comfortable beds the kids loved the evenings sitting playing games or watching movies which are already downloaded and lots to choose from . Theirs a Morrison, coop and a sainsburys 5 mins walk down the road . This house was fantastic. Perfect for teenagers, us and our dogs. Location is superb as so close to town centre, Lanes, Seafront and restaurants in St Jame’s Street. Kemptown is a great base. Ate in Turkish, Thai, Indian and Italian all just down the road. Bathrooms were really nice, lovely fittings (great taste) and owners so helpful and perfect hosts. House has a sense of fun as glorious Brighton does. Love disco ball and led lights in windows! Has everything you need inside and out.
