This has for many years been a very under used and somewhat shabby area for much of the year, but congratulations to the council and the street cleaning and gardening teams. Hundreds of tulips have been planted and look spectacular. Paths are clean and wide ensuring that social distancing is not a problem. Grass areas tidy. A skateboard area is well thought out and there is easy access to the shops. This is s great addition to Brighton life.

The gardens opposite the gatehouse of the royal pavilion recently opened after months of work are a stunning improvement with new footpaths, park benches, cycle paths, new squares and lawns with wild flower borders. You can now walk or cycle from the pavilion to St Peters church and the Level. all traffic is now on the eastern side of the park with buses on the western side next to the the King and Queen pub.

Been there at first Brighton Christmas Market. There was a lot of food and drink stools. Not enough craft or gift traders but I can highly recommend Viking Drinking Horns. Good quality in reasonable price and very friendly and helpful traders.

Lovely bit of green space in the centre of Brighton that goes from the Level, all the way to the Pavilion Garden. Perfectly connects all the natural spaces to make a decent sized walk up and down with park benches to rest on. Also great for dog walking with bins either ends of the gardens. Just got to be careful of the cycle path at the side, especially when it leads out with no cycle lane into another cycle lane near The Richmond pub coming up to St. Peter's Church. There's also a popular spot to skateboard and rollerskate right next to St. Peter's Church towards the upper end of...

Love the fact that Google tracks my phone and stalks me wherever I go and then suggests to me to review the places I've been at and I do it anyway non hesitantly. Anyway, great place to be, not really the best "Park" experience as it is engulfed in streets all round. Lots of greenery and good tree distribution for its space, however limited seating opportunities as there are only 2 benches and a fixed chair for some reason right next to every bench. Weird seating design, could be better...

Lovely place to relax. I came on Pride day 2018. So the garden was pack of people. Everyone was happy, singing and dancing. I have been here when it is quiet. You can see all the grey squirrel s baby and adult and they are great fun, it is amazing how much other wild life you see without realising it. When I come here I sit on the grass and taking in around me. Think all the people walk through the garden all though years ago. Rich, famous and infamous. Have fun...
