Anatolia — Restaurant in Great Britain

Our first visit to this Restaurant. We were greeted with complimentary Green and Black olives,Humous and fresh hot pita bites We ordered starters oh Mini Lamb Koftas served with fresh made salad wonderful spiced Tomato sauce roasted tomatoes and peppers. my wife had a tasty spinach and yogurt dish both served with fresh hot oven made pitta pieces. Our mains were A mixed Lamb and chicken Shish-Kebab freshly grilled over charcoal served with on skewer grilled aubergine,tomatoes red and green peppers grilled mushrooms ,fresh salad and riceon a fresh baked slice piece of pitta bread. My wife chose a lovely lamb moussaka with tender lamb pices wonderful pieces of aubergine yummy cheese and superb sauce together wth fresh made mixed salad. This was all washed down with two large bottles of delicious Draft Efes turkish Beer. WE were offered complimentary Tea and turkish Coffee with two mini Baklava cakes. The quality and quantity of food served was of the highest standard the portions were very good and the service smooth and attentive. I can honestly say that this is one of the best Turkish Restaurants that I have had the pleasure to visit it also is at the top of our list of Must revisit restaurants. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant and cant wait to go...

INCREDIBLE! I usually like to try a variety of restaurants while traveling but Anatolia was so delicious we had dinner here 2 nights in a row. I loved the open kitchen where you can watch the grill master fire up your meats right before your eyes. Service was friendly overall, and the restaurant had a clean, modern, and middle eastern decor to add extra flair...the food is delicious! Highly recommend!

£22 Grilled Sea Bream...Marinated sea bream fillets grilled on an open charcoal. Came with a nice mixed salad with pickled cabbage and nice dressing, rice, and flatbread. The fish fillets were crisp on the outside skin and moist and tender meat inside, so good!

£20 Kurtalan Express...delicious juicy succulent skewers of tender lamb, and chicken, and chargrilled vegetables. Served with rice and salad. Delicious!!!

£20 Lamb Beyti fresh ground minced lamb, grilled on a skewer and wrapped in lavash and topped with tomato sauce. Served with yogurt, salad, rice.

£17 Stuffed aubergine with combination of mushrooms, onions peppers, and tomatoes...roasted and delightful, great for...

Excellent food, horrible service.

Food is excellent, no question about that. We’ve ordered takeaway multiple times, but went in to eat for the first time recently.

Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant end due to the staff rudeness. In the middle of the restaurant the manager was arguing with my partner.

The manager was extremely rude considering we had made an honest mistake, and once explained to us we apologised for. But there is no way we will be going back here as it was just so unpleasant. The waiter told us the wrong information so we rightly assumed we had missed a dish, then the manager chewed our head off for saying a dish was missed. Communication was all over the place, but the responsibility was put on us and dealt with awfully

This is the first time I’ve ever not tipped a restaurant, we couldn’t wait to leave and it ruined a great eating experience. If you took the manager out of the equation, this was a 5 star meal.
