Things have gotten a lot worse. Staff patronising when I ask for assistance. Shop very disorganized, trolleys and baskets left in aisles for restocking. I bought an apple pie today that was liquid in middle despite being in date. Also, I have been diddled out of my rewards on two separate visits and when I asked for assistance they did not listen. Had to explain several times and they still got it wrong and then blamed me for their mistakes! Very upset on my last visit by the way they spoke to me. Has the manager changed?? It was good before. I won't be going back unless I absolutely have to - You can see my review from a year ago below:-

After placing an order via Deliveroo and ordering scotch rolls someone thinks it ok to substitute them for finger rolls instead. If I wanted you to use your brain then maybe I would ask for it, if i place an order and you don't have it then don't substitute it, I notice you chose not to substitute my salad or my sandwich!

Edited after review was answered Why should I contact Deluveroo? The coop was the one why messed up not Deliveroo, believe me if Deliveroo messed up I would have no problem contacting them. However I have now contacted your CEO so we'll see what...

I ordered a deliveroo shop specifically to get oat milk. I added other items to remove the delivery fee.

AFTER I paid i was told the oat milk was out of stock in a time sensitive notification that disappeared as soon as i clicked on it. This product was refunded, but i still spent £15 on an order I wouldn’t have made had the stock count been accurate on the app.

This misrepresentation of stock is either lazy or disorganised or purposefully underhanded in an attempt to secure purchases.
