If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. We visited the shop 24th Aug 5:20pm pm to order a couple of pizza's after a tiring day walking. I was told at the door I had to order online, which was fair enough due to Covid etc. I did this whilst sat in my car outside the shop. I downloaded the Dominos app and tried to find the offers which were on the posters in the window of the shop. Medium pizza's for £5.99 with 2 toppings and also Buy one get one free on any size pizza. I found the medium pizza for £5.99 added to my basket, then tried a 2nd one but it came up as £15.99. I tried a few more times but without success. I went to the door and spoke to the guy behind the counter, who was less than helpful. He said "It must be a glitch", so I asked him , how do I order 2 medium pizza's for £5.99, he said "You have to do it on the app" I told him the offer was not on there, he said, sorry I cannot do it. POOR customer skills. I asked him his he had ever tried using their app, he said no. I suggested he should try, it it was not very good. He just shrugged his shoulders. I went back to the car and ordered 2 pizza's for £11.98 with a preferred delivery time of 10-15 minutes. Sat in the car and waited. I received an email saying the order was placed at 17:39 and that I would receive a text when the order was ready. 20 minutes later, no message, 40 minutes later no message. At 18:35 I went to the shop and asked them when my order would be ready. The same guy at the desk asked me for the order number, looked it it, first he said, there was no order with that number, then muttered something like, I messaged you 10 minutes ago, which was an absolute lie, then he handed me the two pizza's. No apology, no nothing. The guy on the front desk needs some customer service training. In the time I sat outside, other customers came and went collecting their pizza's. At least 3 of them got the wrong order....

If you are aware about your vouchers, which i read properly, states that i am entitled to a free pizza with this voucher. i went to your bangor branch in UK, 20 employees were working that time, me and some other students ordered pizza with that voucher, waited there for 1 hour. After 1 hour i didnt saw my name on the screen and i asked one of your employee were is my Pizza. And the respose was " You have to wait fr more half hour, we priorities things we gona make the paid one first, and when i said i waited for 40 minutes, the reponse was wait for 40 more minutes, Its just a free pizza. Your emplyee insulted me i left without having your so called free pizza. I just want to let you know that your employee were not nice to me as a customer, neither were respectful. I talked to them in a polite way, they we unrespectful to me. Your vouchers states that i can have a free pizza, without any terms and conditions relating to time or priority. If your advertising something You should deliver that product irespective of the fact that its free and then stating we not giving it to you, you have to wait for next hour we goona give pizzaz to the one who paid, What do they mean am i begging a pizza. its your promotion voucher you have to deliver it any ways without keeping it in second catogry. You have created some bad mouths, Hope you deal with your problems. Not going to Bangor dominos...
