Been visiting the City Centre branch regularly for the past 8 years and have always been a loyal customer. My brother got Gelato Village at his wedding and it was a huge success.
But my experience today has left a sour taste in my mouth, to the point where I don’t think I will be visiting ever again.

Unfortunately today Friday 3rd I went in to the Gelato Village, met he two lovely customer service and they helped me with the flavours of the ice cream as it all looked delicious. We decided to go for the 1/2kg box at £13.50. We were told we could sit in and enjoy the ice-cream with the family. The staff didn't say that's spoon are charagble. No sign that takeaway box can't be eaten in side. However when the manager walked in he charged us £1 extra for the spoons, he was unpleasant and not friendly with us there was another customer who got free spoons so why did the manager charge up.
