Moka Pot — Restaurant in England

Me and my family have been visiting Moko Pot since it open a few years ago. I have never been anywhere before that has been so consistently fantastic as this place! Everytime I visit, the food is incredible, the staff are exceptional and friendly and I always leave happy. Even after devouring a hell of alot of food I don't feel weighed down or like I need to sleep, it's fantastic quality and authentic. Last week when I was unwell my husband went to Moko to get me my favorite treat (their cannolis) by the time he got there they had closed, he ran into lovely gentleman that works there and he personally opened back up and gave my husband the amazing holy grail cannolis that I adore. You don't get customer service like this anywhere else anymore, they really have a passion for what they do and they do it with care and love and it truly does show in the quality of their food. This is a marvellous little eatery in Seaborne Road, in Westbourne - and even has some on-street parking over the road - if you pick your times properly. The service is welcoming and the two lunch meals I’ve eaten there recently have both been excellent - a salad with extra cold chicken & a freshly boiled egg first time - and the chef even whipped up some lovely salad cream on request - amazing. The second time around, I tried their own special - which has a flan base, sausage, potatoes and other goodies in a delicious savoury meal - and both times I succumbed to their (also home-made) fruit & cream-topped rumbaba - yum..! Very tasty sandwich but overpriced for £7.50! No sides with thr sandwich just few lettuce leaves as a garnish. I asked the waitress why the staff did not wear gloves when handling the food or masks when bending over to serve the food. Her reply was extremely condescending and she said I was very rude! She said customers complained that they couldn't see her smile and I replied I think not catching or spreading covid is more important than seeing someone's smile! She lectured me on the fact that it was not mandatory and even when I said I don't wish to discuss it she again called me rude and carried on! I would not visit this...
