Hi me and my wife popped over to Ludlow Antique market this morning itโs a marvellous place to visit , BUT we would like to put our point across and make others aware to be careful. We stud next to a elderly gentleman this morning who was selling some gold to a market trader , NOW we are not stupid and a lot of people know that gold is so high in price per gram at the moment. But he offered him a very little price , the gentleman did except it , we know itโs his decision but we felt as if he had taken advantage of him as the trader told him it was a great price with very small profit , after the gentleman had left the store, the trader popped over to his mate laughing ๐ bragging he got a really bargain , I really wouldnโt have bothered writing this BUT his attitude afterwards. This is giving antique traders a bad name , I believe most are honest people so donโt let this put you off . If you have gold or silver for sale make time and deal with bullion dealers they would give the best price. Weโve been a few times and purchased some lovely antiques from dealers at a fair price , SO donโt be put off . I was merely...

Ludlow has some nice restaurants, pubs, and quaint little shops that are perfect for buying gifts that are different to those you will find in chain stores, albeit at fairly expensive prices. However, there is not a huge amount of shops and you could probably walk around them all in an hour or two. Ludlow also has a market, very small museum, a castle, and major supermarkets. I have not visited the castle yet though.
Nearby is the River Teme, another very nice scenic area in Ludlow. The river has mini man made waterfalls in places that create a "white water" effect, this makes the river look interesting and is a pleasure to walk along.
Ludlow is a totally recommended village to visit, at any time...

I told him of the colours that I wanted and he provided a beautiful selection of flowers and foliage at a very reasonable price. He was extremely helpful and even loaned me containers so that I could transport them to the venue safely. I also bought large decorative jugs from the Staffordshire pottery stall to arrange the wedding flowers in. The man on this stall went out of his way to source different patterns on each of the 12 jugs. I have bought several items from the pottery stall and the have all been well made and very good value. I can also highly recommend the cheese van and the fish van!! Excellent and friendly customer service from both. Ludlow Market is well worth a visit....and...
