I wish I had read the negative reviews before wasting time and money ordering from this place. What a joke of an evening.

Haven’t ordered a takeaway for more than a year and thought I’d treat myself to a meal I hadn’t prepared and cooked.

The food should have been delivered between 20:20 and 20:40. I air fried some of my own spring rolls to eat with my order, but they ended up going cold because my food didn’t arrive till after 21:30

Zero communication from them. I had to ring and find out what was going on. Each time I called it was another 30 mins and another 15 mins and another 10 mins. Complete idiots running their business into the ground.

At a time when everything is so expensive, a cheeky takeaway is a treat for most of us. I wish I had just cooked. Considering I had some left over chicken chow mein in my freezer I made recently, if it wasn’t frozen, I would have heated that up and eaten it with my spring rolls.

The rice was under cooked and sounded like pellets on my plate. It was pale looking with no flavour, no taste, no seasoning-just under cooked rice with some garden veg. It was introduced to my bin. The prawn balls were over cooked and the really bad ones were hidden at the bottom of the bag. The sauce was no more than a 3/10 at best.

I ended up boiling a cup of Jasmine rice to eat with what I could salvage.

I will never ever ever order...

The shop has something leaking from the ceiling on entry which can be forgiven as these thing happen, but on closer inspection looks like it's been leaking for a while, so clearly in no rush to get if fix, Now on to the food, every rice dish had far to much oil in it. There was no effort to try and drain any of it making the rice far to oily, sweet and sour chicken was unnaturally sweet almost like a kids sweet and the chicken tasted like Processed chicken, next the omelette had no flavour sometimes omelettes can come overly salty but there was no fear of that here it was tasteless, but the black pepper chicken was OK not good but ok.

Ordered food for 8pm delivery. Called the restaurant at 8:15 to be told it would be another hour and a half because they were busy, no update had been made on the website and no contact whatsoever from the restaurant. I asked to collect and they said that would be 45 minutes. No apologies, they just said they were busy. When I arrived 45 minutes later the man behind the till smirked and said it would be another 15 minutes. No part refund was offered and no real apology. The food was definitely not worth the wait. Shocking...
