Silver Lady — Local services in Great Britain

When shopping and purchasing jewellery the customer service was great but when I came in to exchange a ring a week after purchasing with my receipt the sales assistant wasn't willing to listen to me, point blank refused to exchange or let me finish what I was saying. She was rude and unhelpful and I got the distinct impression that once this business have your money the level of customer service you receive no longer matters to them! After this experience I will NOT shop here again but will favour the other great shops in Taunton that sell beautiful silver jewellery. Silver scene has great customer service as does crystals, bath place. Reply to response - my receipt was absolutely provided, see photos and I was accused of wearing the ring without being given a chance to finish what I was saying about the ring in question! Appalling...

VERY POOR QUALITY Bought bracelet, in few weeks was broken twice, so I had to go back to the shop and change to the new one which broke again... For 18£ it's ridiculous... Just go to primark, the same quality... After 28 days the lady didn't want to change the broken one, she tried to sell one more exactly the same bracelet - looks like she's aware of poor quality of the product Very disappointed waste of time and money...

Nice jewellery but it fell apart as soon as it was put on, no apology when I returned it. Wouldn't buy from here again.
