This company is shocking in the way it treats it's customers to the point that I am amazed they are still in business.
BE AWARE - THEY HAVE A 'NO REFUND/REPLACE' POLICY.
YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - EVEN IF YOU HAVE A FAULTY PRODUCT.
The staff are extremely rude and obnoxious. Ian, the manager, and staff member Galvin at the Taunton store had my boy in tears because of their rude, intimidating and threatening behaviour. Last week he was told he could have a refund and this week when he took the product back they refused. We will NEVER purchase from GAME again and, if you have any sense, you won't either.
Anyone giving this store more than one star must be stupid.
UPDATE 29/5/18 Judging by the names of the 5 star reviewers it looks like the staff are leaving their own reviews to try and up their rating! Horrible people...

Well this one is like a airport in my room it's so loud after 3 to 5mins wasn't happy so took it to the shop today to be told its normal and to wear head phones if u need hear the game or talk. Said would it be possible to get this checked out they said nothing we can do its still in warranty asked for refund or another one they said no to all off it the staff member was rude so said take it to trade and standards they said go ahead. So we be waiting for this ps4 pro to go wrong and returning it and full refund as paying for extra warranty on this and not canceling this into the day comes when they say no again then I will get that staff member to speak to trade...
