St Margaret's — Local services in Great Britain

It's run-down, cold and echoey. Inside the echoes make the announcements incomprehensible, while outside the noise of the coaches drowns them out. If you want to get picked up or dropped off you are better off getting another bus! Sometimes the coaches will have difficulty getting in, adding extra time onto the journey. This problem was exacerbated by road works (thankfully finished now) which made it hard to reach even on foot! I wouldn't call it a nice coach station, not compared to others I have been to across the country. You can usually rely on a nice cafe, but I'd have to be pretty desperate to get...

This place looks like good area. But it is ... National express should dedicate area which will be opened for customers overnight as it is main place to exchange. Coming at 4 am in freezing cold, not able to enter the sitting area. All the people were waiting out at this point. After 10min came security guard to open door. Able to sit on cold metal benches inside but still in cold as door remained completely opened. Unbelieavable who designed this freezer.

Dismal place, the worst thing about this place is the TOILETS ! They stink of urine and of stale booze. They should be closed down as they are so filthy. These toilets are a health hazzard, I wanted to us them but the stench is enough to make you SICK ! This is both Male and Female toilets. This isn't a one off as you can see the state of the place.
