I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was truly disappointing. From start to finish, it was a letdown in every sense.

First, the service was incredibly slow. Our food took an unreasonably long time to arrive—well beyond any acceptable wait for a collection of biryani which is normally prepared in bulk in advance.Despite multiple follow-ups with the staff, there was no communication or apology about the delay.

When the food finally arrived, it was underwhelming and poorly prepared. All items were extremely bland and staff themselves told me they only reheated the food and it took them that much time to just reheat the food. It’s frustrating to wait so long only to be given subpar food.Not to much of my surprise, the food was spilled as well when i opened the bag after reaching home cauz of poor packaging which obviously was done casually and in hurry even after making us wait for more than 35 minutes.

The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. At no point did anyone check in to see if we ordered or waiting and avoided us all the time while we were waiting on counter for collecting our order.The overall customer service felt indifferent and dismissive.On top, i could see staff having alcohol in customer view while serving customers in between.

I rarely say this, but I won’t be returning. Between the bad food and the lackluster service, it just isn’t worth it. I hope they seriously reconsider how they handle both kitchen efficiency and...

Disappointing Experience Ruined Our Evening

We had a well-planned evening that was completely ruined by this restaurant. Placed a bulk order at 7 PM for a 10 PM pickup. Called at 9:45 PM to confirm, and they assured us it would be ready by 10 PM. However, upon arrival at 10 PM, we were told they were out of 4 biryanis out of the 14 we ordered. With no other options at midnight, we reluctantly accepted their offer of different biryanis.

It became clear that they only started preparing our order once we arrived. We didn't receive our food until 10:45 PM. A delivery boy and other customers also waited around 45 minutes with us, showing a lack of professionalism and management at the front desk.

Upon returning home, we found very few chicken pieces in the biryanis. When we called to complain, the restaurant insisted the quantity was correct. The food was poorly prepared, lacking proper salt and spice. It was a waste of £150 and ruined our plans as we expected a quick pick-up.

The best ever Indian resto, everyone will love it. We group of 8 people ordered a huge ordered they literally served in such a peace and respectful manner. The order was very quick on our table , I specially recommend everyone to taste the crunchiness, spicy , and hot GARLIC CHICKEN 😋as a started. What to say about the dessert GULAB JAMUN😘 … if one want to experience the taste of heaven , everyone should try it. I served by Sharmila,🥰she made us feel so comfy, on time, such a sweet gesture . Luckily I got the complimentary gulab jamun as it was diwali.
