Purchased a lot of makeup on Friday, returned 2 items Saturday morning, SEALED, untouched, unopened, as purchased 16hrs before, with the receipt, and refused the return. I needed 1 item from this Superdrug but I had my dog with me and I knew dogs were not allowed. I approached the cashier and asked if I could come in with the dog. I could see she was struggling between the company rule and genuinely wanting to help. She said be quick about it and got me me and out of the shop promptly. Reasonable prices tbh i mean its good quality stuff soo here its qualityquantity, good selection of stuff, nice store.
