Amazing bar / restaurant with fantastic staff and delicious food!

We came here on a Saturday evening for some food, bringing along our big doggo Marty. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. They also made a fuss of Marty, getting him a water bowl and a couple of treats too, which he was very grateful for!

For our food, we started with 3 tapas items and the garlic and cheese flatbread. The flatbread was delicious, a nice amount of garlic came through, and the cheese gave that extra bit of flavour too. The tapas we had were the hummus, which we couldn't get enough of! So much flavour, lovely texture, definitely be getting that again! The arancini, which were cooked really well and had loads of flavour. And the quesadilla, we went to Mexico recently, and the quesadilla here we found more flavourfully and well cooked compared to the ones in Mexico! Would definitely recommend all three items!

For the main, I had the chicken and avocado burger. It was nice and well cooked, with lots of different flavours from all parts of the burger coming through. My partner had the pulled brisket chilli, which was amazing! So much flavour coming through. Not too spicy, just the right amount of heat. And a really generous portion. She couldn't finish it all, so I helped out a bit and found it so moreish, definitely recommend it!

We also had a large NZ sauvignon and a spiced rum and ginger beer. It all came to around £65 which we felt was fantastic value for what we got food wise and for the amazing service.

Really need to work on their customer service and the quality of the food served versus what was described. 3 times ordered 'freshly squeezed orange juice' and got concentrate from a carton. Still got charged fresh price though 🤔. The staff, with the exception of one or two, seem to make a mission to ignore, until spoken to. Even then it can feel like you're a chore. However, there is one guy that every time has been what your entire team should be like. He tends to do the bar (has a cap and a drop leg bag), but he is consistent, personable, cheerful and makes the visit what it should be. I know it's a different offering to the Cozy Club, but I don't understand how the attitudes towards customers is so wildly different given they have the same parent company or is it a localized issue? Problem is that we are unlikely to choose another in a different area, because of how this one is. It's clear it's not...

Been here twice now, Once at Christmas when we hadn't managed to book and it was so busy but The manager found us a table and we had a lovely evening.

It's easy to use to app for service at the table and if you prefer to go and order at the bar they're so helpful.

The 2nd time for a 30th and we forgot a cake and candles. Rooky mistake. But the team helped and bought out one of their desserts with a candle on and all sang with us.

The atmosphere is great, love the interior decor and the staff are all helpful and know what they're on about. Asked for recommendations of what they would choose from the menu and haven't been disappointed with my choice yet.

Such a wide selection. Orzo was delicious and the Tapas was amazing. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a reasonable prices mea in nantwich town. Also the cocktails are some of the nicest I've had in a while and they're 2 for 12.50...
