THABTA The Hair and Beauty Training Academy — Local services in Great Britain

Today I had training with Tracey at THABTA in Glasgow for the hair up styling course which I’d highly recommend to anyone just wanting to get a feel/ into the hair & beauty industry or even as a refresher course to further your skills/knowledge.

Tracey is absolutely lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Tracey was knowledgeable and really knew her stuff; no question was left unanswered. Tracey was very hands on and always offered her advice and assistance when requested; nothing was too much for her. The professionalism and skill Tracey provided really showed throughout the whole course. I left feeling confident in the course I trained in as well as happy with my end results. I now feel ready to offer this treatment to clients with the skill and knowledge I have gained today throughout my training.

This is my first course at THABTA and I wish I done all my other beauty courses here as they’re so much more informative, in depth and hands on.

The hair and beauty training academy is very clean and clinical, providing a safe space to work and learn. All the equipment you need for your training course is provided by THABTA. There was hot and cold beverages as well as snacks available, Tracey would stop at any time student requested for toilet breaks/lunch or a quick break/leg stretch.

I booked the 5 day hairdressing course with THABTA after seeing the amazing reviews and pictures of the course online. The website is full of plenty information to make the choice to train with them. After seeing the results I went ahead and booked. Tracy the owner and trainer was so helpful from the moment I emailed to book course. She helped me get booked for the dates I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. The week has flew in and I feel so confident about what I’ve learned because the steps and thorough training makes you understand it all clearly. Tracy is so helpful and makes you feel at ease. Talking you through everything. And explaining in depth each step and process. I’ve been to training courses before which I’ve came away from feeling not that great. But not this one. I think if you have an amazing teacher you can learn anything. And Tracy is the best teacher I’ve had. I’m really looking forward to doing more courses to expand my services and I know that I’m in great hands. I would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to learn hairdressing. Tracy was absolutely incredible. Her knowledge, skills, patience and enthusiasm was refreshing and encouraging.

Tracy was a cheerful and bubbly lady from the minute I stepped into the training academy and her positivity was infectious.

Tracy kindly created a 1-1 bespoke programme for me to learn a range of beauty and massage treatments and even took the time to arrange models for me to practice on.

The training room is clean, welcoming and inviting and the location for accommodation and travel amenities is perfect if required.

I felt confident in the training I was given and at each step Tracy was happy to reassure and clarify and questions I had. Nothing was to much hassle.

I feel ready and excited to open my new business and I know Tracy is always at the end of the phone if I need to ask anything.
