I only put a 1 start as I had no choice. We recently moved to Glasgow from London and I was on Google looking for a fish place.

Came across this one and decided to try it. As my son and I walked in, we got dirty looks from the word go. I asked the Chinese guy about prices of the fish. This man could hardly respond as he couldn't speak much English.

Eventually another guy came to help but was soooooo rude I nearly walked out, again I had no choice but to buy. To my surprise I was asked to pay before they prepared my fish. On top of that they don't clean your fish despite me spending almost £200 in there which was a shocker to me.

Very good shop, but unfortunately let down by a very rude and grumpy employee. We went in to buy their live lobsters and the man serving us tried to sell us the lobsters with broken or missing claws, when we asked him to re-select for us from the tank, his attitude was very reluctant and rude, he called us excessively demanding and fussy as well as saying that to do that was too difficult. We have been there a number of times and have always been greeted with nothing but helpfulness and good customer service. This time however has left us with a bad experience and reluctance to come back in the future. A shame for a shop with great quality produce to be let down by one member with low quality manners.
