hey just thought i would give you some feedback from a wheelchair user perspective.... really could use a ramp at the back. the security told me to go through the exit but with the vans parked there, i had to get out of the chair, and security had to carry my chair over. the toilets are not suitable for wheelchair and there was no emergency cord. Fine with me as i could struggle off the chair to get to the toilet with the assistance of my husband. Some would find this a challenge. Hailey's team on security were bloody awesome in assisting me in, out, to the disabled toilets etc all night!! They are for sure a great team and one of the best assistance i have had in any venue. Please pass on my thanks to them for making it a really enjoyable,...

Don’t usually leave reviews but something has to be said about this place, Skindred concert 9/11/24 the security are a complete joke - Show was downright dangerous.

No one behind the barrier catching crowd surfers, watched multiple people hit the floor before crew members jumped off stage and photographers tried to man the barrier until security finally turned up 2 songs from the end at which point they just decided to push the crowd surfers back into the crowd violently. Just complete incompetence.

Someone also passed out in the crowd and ended up in ambulance and security was nowhere to be seen when it happened.

The Palace deleted their profile on maps to get rid of the bad reviews....this place needs closing down after what happened a little while back absolute disgrace to this great little town....thug bully boy bouncers....if you think you're safe in here think again your life could be ended at this stinking pee smelling establishment.....the day this place closes will be the day that people are safe again....boycott it...
