YMCA — Local services in Great Britain

Diabolical is not the word and unfortunately not an option to give zero stars. Have requested signing up to this gym on numerous occasions in the past 6 months or so and they clearly just don't want our business. If it's not one reason it's another, from no one being available to today the system that allows them to sign up members isn't working. The customer service in this place is appalling there is no resolution ever given, you'd think they'd take our number so they could let us know when it's up and running again? To be fair we have given them way too many chances and I don't know why, when always met by miserable unhelpful staff, one of which wears glasses and is always more interested in eating.
