B O S Cafe — Restaurant in England

I’m writing on behalf of Aaron Robinson. You behind the screen is so disrespectful to your customers, what do you call that reply on the review? I call it simply rude!!

You are happy to take our money but the food is nothing as it looks in photos. You know very well it was a little black hair, and so what if it was little? It’s still a hair. I’ve had better experiences at McDonald’s and from now on I will be taking my custom elsewhere, until you guys can show a bit more respect for your customers, we won’t be returning. And as for writing about the free food, we do a days work for the money we basically wasted in Your restaurant. I’ve had multiple other people who have experienced this on a visit to your restaurant. We were just passing and enquired as to whether they cater for a GLUTEN FREE diet and were very surprised that they DID woo hoo ! They explained how everything would be cooked to stop cross contamination and so we 'took a chance'. Portion sizes were HUGE as i had chicken fillet burger with fries and side salad whilst my husband, the registered Coeliac, had gammon, egg , fries with peas and we both said how deliciously tasty, by look AND by taste they were and all for under £20. I had a large tea and my husband had a pot of tea for two, but, for just him ha ha (he likes his tea). I’ve been to Boss Café many times, but after my last visit I won’t be going back. I ordered a chicken burger and a veggie burger – both were just thrown together with no salad, nothing at all. When I complained, instead of giving each meal its own side salad (as it should come with), they brought out one plate to share between two people. Honestly, I could have made the same meal at home for about a pound – that’s how poor it was. It was absolutely disgusting, I couldn’t even finish it. No apology, no explanation, just got stared at.
