i am absolutely disgusted by the customer service today. it was my first time I've ever been to Bar-burrito so i decided to eat there with my mum and sister. One of the staff asked us what we would like to eat and when we in the middle of ordering what wanted, he interrupted us by moving on to the next customer without us finishing what we wanted to order which me and my mum found very rude. the staff didn't ask us if we would like anything else and we wanted to order a kids meal but the man interrupted us so we couldn't say what we wanted. the staff looked very angry or unenthusiastic which made it more unwelcoming. the table that we were going to sit wasn't clean and i saw one of the staff serving the food while cleaning it. i think they should learn some manners and actually know how to run a restaurant. they should make the customers feel welcome. i also noticed the act that they serve very little portions for example half a teaspoon of salsa, and that would be a waste of money for me if i had bought a burrito with very little food inside of it. the staff looked very unfriendly and looked like they didn't want to be here at all and they way that woman who served us spoke at us like we were unwanted there. i felt so disgusted. Another thing which was really disgusting was the staff behavior, she kept on being rude and started getting angry with us, so we walked out because the staff was absolutely terrible and i recommend you to not go . and i repeat the the customer service is absolutely terrible and i would recommend to eat food...

Today, when I visited the restaurant, I observed some concerning behavior from one of the staff members. A male staff member with long hair was preparing dishes based on customer choices. The customers seemed new to the restaurant. However, instead of guiding them on how to orderâhe couldâve simply said it works like Subwayâhe was busy having an inappropriate conversation with another staff member. While casually asking the customers what they wanted, he said things like âchoose one from four,â without offering any proper explanation.
He wore gloves the entire time, but because he wasnât focused, he didnât hear the customers clearly. They had to point at the food to communicate their choices. At one point, he told them not to point over the counter, saying he was wearing gloves and would point for them. If he was concerned about hygiene, he should have also been wearing a mask, especially since he was constantly talking and laughing while preparing food. That kind of behavior can lead to saliva spreading over the food, which is extremely unhygienic.
Additionally, the customers had purchased a bottle of water with their meals, but after paying, they walked to their table without taking it. The staff member noticed the bottle, but instead of calling them back or handing it to them, he took the bottle and placed it back in the fridge. This is very poor service and shows a lack of care for both the customers...
   Read moreToday I visited barburrito between 12 and 2 pm and I was served by Mikey mostly and he had grate customer service and was very friendly and the food was absolutely amazing however they way he talked to his colleague who looked quite young didnât get her name (girl with scars on her wrist) was absolutely disgusting and unexpected as he was just so nice to me. He was telling her to be fast and hurry up it the most rudest tone ever and it wasnât even busy. When I was served by her she was very nice however I feel like she was a bit shaking up as she was a bit slow and forgot a couple of thing but Iâll 100% allow it as she just got berated unnecessary and I want to make it clear that I am not complaining about her she was lovely however I do feel that you should talk to mikey about how he was to her and make sure she is ok after that as I fear that it happens often.
