Our stay at 33 Upper Gardner Street was amazing. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and easy. The house is very comfortable and furnished with taste. Every little detail was thought throught and cared for. There was even fresh milk in the fridge on the day of our arrival, alongside with tea, coffee and a selection of food and spices. Every corner of the house was spotless, down to being nice and warm on our arrival. The communication with our host Renny was easy and immediate. Renny kept us updated and posted as soon as we had booked our stay. Any question we had was answered in the minute. The beds were very comfortable, with power outlets nearby, every appliance in the house worked perfectly, from the Wi-Fi, TV to the showers. Lots of books if you are lacking something to read, a radio, portable speaker, board games and a Useless Box which add the cherry on the cake (brilliant!) The location is simply perfect. Five minutes away from the railway station, in the heart of the North Laine, close to coffe shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. There's even a parking space if you come by car! We had one of our most pleasant experiences staying here, it was like staying with family, or at home, but only better....
Read moreMy husband and I, along with our 2 sons and their girlfriends stayed at 32 Silwood Street for the weekend. It was such great location. A couple of minutes stroll to the beach for a morning walk and then a short walk back up to Western Road for Brunch. You can then head into Hove or go into Brighton centre and the Laines etc. Walking is easy along Western road as there is lots to see and it's flat, but you can easily jump on of the many buses running back and forth. 32 Sillwood is tucked away, so you don't get too disturbed by all the night time revellers, but it's close enough to walk to pretty much everything dependant on your fitness levels. The apartment itself is bright, airy and spacious and has everything you need. Quality linen and comfortable beds, magnifying mirrors in bedrooms, good showers and plenty of storage space and a well equipped kitchen. We felt at home almost immediately and were all sad to leave. Our contact was Renny and he could not have been more helpful. Clear instructions and a simple but informative manual on arrival. Will definitely book through Your Brighton Holiday again. A well deserved...
Read moreUpper Gardner street is justifiably receiving these high reviews. This was definitely a big factor in our decision-making and it met all our expectations. Loved the open plan lounge/kitchen. The décor was contemporary and tastefully arranged. The bedrooms were spacious. Very clean throughout. Every room had an identity and the house has character. And, at the end of a great day out you could kick back on a very comfortable sofa and watch some TV (with a solid WIFI service in place all the while). There were nice little touches throughout: the kitchen which was replete with everything you would need, and there were many other subtle and welcome additions that we very much appreciated. The location couldn’t be better; ease of access to everything you would want, and yet quiet and peaceful too. And, free parking - in Brighton – well, what more can you say? Renny has made a great job of designing a property that combines class, with ease and comfort, and is both homely, and a holiday location at the same time – which I imagine is quite tricky to do. I would definitely use: Your Brighton...
