Arcade Fisheries — Local services in Hastings

Just a fantastic plaice(!) to buy wonderful fresh local fish. However Paul, the owner, informs me that he is closing down in the New Year due to a huge increase in rent from their new landlord. Arcade Fisheries are a family owned business who have incredibly been trading since 1937. Thankfully they will still be trading in the farmers markets but this will only be once a week here in Hastings which is on a Thursday. Very good selection of fish/shellfish very friendly staff member, prawns were very tasty.🦀🦐🦑🐙🐟👍. Called in here 10 months ago great fish/shellfish called in again 5th October 2018 great prawns scallops once again. Added a few pics. Asked Staff member to keep shellfish in chiller till we came back from shopping and sightseeing and lunch. Helpful friendly staff.
