KFC Hastings - Wellington Place — Restaurant in Hastings

I ordered a large 3 piece meal & diet Pepsi..& took it off to eat at a spare table. Firstly the chips were flavourless, dry, hard & super-hot, suggesting they had been made some while ago & left to go cold before been blasted in a fan oven, which would have made them even drier & less tasteful, they had with the texture of, superheated, hardboard! The chicken had obviously been standing for hours in the glass ovens & there was no sign whatsoever, of that signature, KFC Secret Recipe 'fingrer-licking', herb coating?? The chicken meat itself was bland & dry as per the chips. Allthought the Diet Pepsi was OK, the whole meal was so bad that I felt I couldn't possibly carry on eating it & so, in anger, I took it back to the counter, told the supervisor & counter girl why it was inedible & demanded a replacement meal..which, in fact, the supervisor seemed to magic up quickly, from somewhere at the back of the kitchen. The chicken in meal #2, turned out to be much lighter brown than meal#1 & much more succulent & the secret KFC flavour was there (even if it was a little oversalted, by the staff). The chips were softer & just about edible but oncec again, flavourless. Overall, my meal experience at the KFC in Hastings Town Centre today, was absolutely appalling (to say the least). I guess at least it was corrected (on my demand) but that will never be an excuse for the standard of the first meal, which was (IMHO), on the verge of being criminal, for KFC to have actually attempted to serve up & thus, fob their loyal customers like me off, with what was a disgrace to poor Colonel Saunders (who would be turning in his grave now, I'm sure) knowing that today, I was offered up by the KFC Corporation what could only be described as 'unfit for human consumption & poor excuse, for you called, a 3 Piece Colonels meal.

So we went for a KFC and while we were having a meal I heard a man asking to use the toilet and the staff refused him he was polite and that he was registered disabled and needed to change his COLOSTOMY BAG again they refused him he was very appologetic and again asked to use the Toilet they again refused him and they said it was for customers only thia just infuriated me so I offered to buy him a drink so that he would be a customer but they again refused saaying that I would be the customer and not him. by this time I needed the toilet but they even refused me I must admit this made me very angry so I started shouting one of the servers (a Young man) said to himself (sarcasticly) "I LOVE MY JOB" eventually they allowed me to open the toilet for me and I used it. I think that almost everyone these days especial large business's are disreguarding the disabled and just go out of their way to make things as difficult as possible for people with disabilities . I left and scolded the staff by saying they should be ashamed...

I was shock larst week when I went into kfc in hastings i was in there waiting for my order and then I saw a cup on the side I said is this my drink she said no so she looked inside the cup porrd the drink out and filled it back up agen and the straw was still in it and gave it to a customer I think this is disgusting and when he left I herd her say to the other girl I don't think he notes that really bad and when you wait 5 min for your drink to come they don't like filling it back up agen because it been there to long you should make the food first then make the drink it does not taste nice when it flat and horrible you need to buck up your ideas this place is going down hill I wonder why everyone is going to Mcdonald now I see why this place is...
