Extremely relaxing environment (even as a neurodivergent with severe sensory issues myself). Best staff I have ever met in my life. Gareth, in particular, has always gone above and beyond his job as being a shopkeeper. He treats everyone as a peer, regardless of age, and genuinely cares about us customers. The same can be said about Patrick and Craig too. The staff never push you into making purchases, so you never feel obligated to part with your money. Despite being a shop, Replay is much more community oriented than focused solely on profits. Replay does everything it can to make anyone who goes feel safe, regardless of sex, gender identity, political ideologies or background. It is a place of peace and community, where you can find others who share your interests and bond with them. I have been going to replay for years, and most of my best memories have happened here. However, the staff have also helped me through some of my darkest times. No matter what is going on in my life, they have always been extremely welcoming and accommodating, in a way I've never experienced...

This is one of those hidden gems that you are just so grateful to find. It has so many different gaming genres, it has something for everyone. We had a real good look around as it was our first time there, and the prices seemed really reasonable - everything is really well displayed too, with various freestanding units and glass cabinets. The real thing that we loved the most was how it really was a safe haven for any game "geek" to hang out. There's no pressure to buy, no one watching your every move (cctv cams instead!), just a really cool place to go and be yourself. The games room at the back - such a great idea and so nice to see kids just chilling and enjoying themselves. Absolute pleasure to spend your money in, like an aladdins cave. A fantastic local store with friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. They have a great variety of products on offer, including Tubbz ducks, trading cards, Warhammer, YouTooz plushes & board games, to name but a few. They also have a comfortable, newly extended social & gaming space, in which they host TCG tournaments, casual gaming nights and occasional pop-up market events aimed at supporting local artists. I've been a customer for years and Replay is just going from strength to strength, which I love to see. Replay and the wonderful team behind it have been nothing but kind, inclusive and welcoming to everyone in the time I've been a regular customer. They deserve every bit of praise they get and more!
