Lancaster Food Court — Local services in Lancaster

I went to their takeaway on Easter Sunday(17 April 2022) and ordered a 9 inch LFC Special Pizza at around 7.15pm. I paid 8£ contactless. I asked for a receipt. As I had some other work so I mentioned I will come back after 10 mins. I asked for a receipt. The black guy who was serving me said I don't need it as he will remember me. At 7.30pm I went to get the pizza. I took it home. When I opened to eat it after an hour, I saw it was FULL VEG WITH NO MEAT AT ALL. I thought it might be a genuine mistake on their part. So at 9.15pm I went back to their shop and complained. I asked for a solution- if they want to do a replacement. One south asian guy working there claimed to be the owner and he along with the black guy started arguing. I requested a replacement but they don't want to. If you CHECK MY PHOTO, you will see the LFC 9 inch Special Vegetarian Pizza and LFC Special Pizza are the same price- which cannot be- meat should be more expensive ! So they will CHEAT you there!!!!. So be careful guys- make sure to taste it infront of them if you order in the shop. Absolute bogus business they are running. We used to come here so much, it was our favourite takeaway but it's really gone down over the last couple of months. Every order is missing something, there's no point phoning because the person at the restaurant doesn't believe you; the food is either overcooked and dry or the chicken is undercooked and slightly pink. We've been struggling to get a normal amount of cheese on kebabs, I don't know if this is JustEat/FoodHubs responsibility but you must order and pay for three lots of cheese on Foodhub whereas there's nooption on JustEat. Will have to find q new favourite takeaway. So disappointed but I can understand things not being very good, on occasion, but when it's every time, there's only so many chances you can give.

Great food no amazing food . It's just a shame we won't be able to order on line to galgate anymore . We have enjoyed many a takeaway from here and are very disappointed. I'm sure there will be many of our friends from galgate disappointed too . What a difference a year makes have order many times from here but unfortunately they have been not up to the usual standard I have come to expect .
