i order from this takeaway weekly when it first opened and now for 5th time in row i had to complain this time i told them to come get it back and will not be using them again couple of times the food was cold and others it was greasyy and could tell the chips been in fryer more then once and they always forget somthing maybe only a sauce but when u paid service charge woth no choose not to u wpuld expect good service and when he come get get the food one hour later he said there is nothing wrong with it bascly calling me a lier ive writen on website but non of my comments are there only good comments wonder why !!!! a joke...

This used to be a good and reliable takeaway. Don't know what has happened but the food has taken a nosedive over the last year. Orders come often with incorrect food. Burgers seem to be fried instead of grilled and of poor quality. Curries used to be excellent but are now oversalted and use chilli as a replacement to flavour.

I have kept coming back to this restaurant to see if it was a temporary blip. After a year I have given up wasting my money. Last time i ordered the foid had to be thrown away as uneatable.

I hope they get their act together at some point but I shall never order...

I never order online, i give them a call and pickup so can never leave a review. so its a really great place, isn't super eye catching but the guys are friendly and the mega meals are awesome and have a good price.. food quality is good, your not going to be getting 5* michelin star stuff but its perfect for a nice takeaway meal. I would encourage everyone in the crossgates area to try it out....
