I would think really hard before ordering anything from this company. I ordered a pen set from then, made by Ted Baker. First the pens arrived late. I had to reach out to them numerous times because it took such a long time for me to receive the actual order. Once I received the pens, a set of 4, they didn’t even write. Apparently the ink had dried up on two of the pens which was very disappointing considering the time I had to wait to get the order. When I reached out to them through email, they were not friendly at all. I did not receive an apology or nothing. Ted Baker products are normally nice and very elegant, but I believe these pens were old and they are selling them at full price with the full knowledge of knowing they do not write. I still have not received any communication from Agatha on how they were going to fix the situation. My advice to anyone buying anything from them, I would consider looking some where else before purchasing anything from them, The service sucks and apparently they are selling items that are defective and they could care less about correcting the situation. Im all for interaction with helpful sales staff but here I always feel uncomfortable by their presence. Being followed about like im not worthy to be here, Especially if you go up the stairs to the small mezzanine area ,On numerous previous visits to Lincoln my wife wouldn't call in here because of the past intrusive experiences even though we have made previous purchases.On this occasion I found nothing has changed on that scale,so it was a quick browse round the small Todd's menswear section which I found wasn't very appealing brand wise .I did surprisingly make a purchase of a Vivienne Westwood Bucket Hat from the upper level .Staff service at the counter till was very pleasant & payments can be made by...

Highly recommend this fabulous boutique shop. After having a baby 5months ago and not have much confidence about myself in my appearance it was so nice to be treated and looked after by the lovely owners of this shop.
