Awful delivery service. Order the same day delivery within 30 minutes with the courier service Stuart from THIS store. Website told me to book the courier for an hour after I received the order confirmation email which I did only to have not received an email still 40 minutes later and was told by customer services to allow upto a couple of hours for my order to be ready, had to cancel the courier then who was already on his way to pick my order up which then charged me £5.40 cancellation due to no fault of my own. Do not offer same day courier service if you're not going to have it...

The store it’s self is lovely and has such a wide selection of products. However, the customer service I received at the till completely ruined my experience. The lady was rude, not once did she engage in conversation with me. I simply received a couple of grunts and eye rolls as I was clearly interrupting her phone call between a friend about what order is better when doing makeup… bronzer then foundation or the other way around. Went in to collect a click and collect parcel, there was a bit of confusion with my confirmation email and the staff couldn’t seem to handle it, 3 girls were incredibly rude to me, huffing and puffing as if going into the back to look for my parcel was some kind of torture. Another me never of staff proceeded to speak to me like a baby as if I didn’t know about the procedures of click and collect.
