I asked for the tea bag to be taken out after making, but the waitress bought over a teabag, cup of hot water and some milk. All she had to do is make the trsa and then take the teabag out so I didn't have to put it on the saucer, but after I had to ask for a separate saucer as I don't like the underside if the cup getting wet from the residue of the teabag and then dribbling down my clothes.
