Café Millennium — Restaurant in London

The staff are very unqualified i ordered a simple chicken caesar salad I literally had to make it on my own there were no bread on top i told the waiter he said there is no bread its finished and i told him where is the cheese or the dressing he went back to the kitchen and came back with toast bread with butter on top and the bread wasn't even roased i dont even have butter on my bread so he went back and brought bread that is not toasted and had no butter on top i asked where is my dressing and the cheese he came back with basic sainsbury salad cream bottle to add it in my salad its gone awhile now and i was waiting for my cheese i had to request it 3 more time till i had a bottle of dried grated cheese to put on my salad i was literally making my own salad in a cafe i felt shy to even ask to have my bread toasted or even request a Lemmon because they had been going back and forth to my table and the kitchen. I wont even mention my friends meal of sunday roast lets just say she did not even finish half of the plate they literally just bought frozen potatoes and vegetables and boiled it for so looong my friend couldnt finish her dish i wont recommend this for anyone and im differently not...

Tuesday popped in for a normal breakfast, tea and toast.Half way through the meal was violantly sick , rushing to toilet which was occupied then outside, telling staff i was being sick. This has never happened to me having English Breakfast. The waitress was very helpful. After sitting outside for a while having a coffee to settle things. I returned inside cafe at counter to settle what i may owe. Was shocked at attitude, staff saying its was my fault i must be ill. They insisted for the full bill to be paid, this i used my bank card, saying manager is not there. I objected saying proberbly the oil turned me , they blamed hot weather, which was not true as i had a neck fan on and working. What i expected was to pay no more than half price, because the meal was not finished and not enjoyed, i never told them to throw my paid meal away with out my permission concidering they wanted full price for it. This is a lesson never to go in there again and experience very bad customer care. And warn fellow customers of this poor treatment and food quality . Disappointed at the service by a lady in headscarf. I saw her being so rude to two ladies with children. The way she spoke to them was horrible! She made a comment about how messy they left the table. They had children, children make a mess! I have been coming here for years and never seen such awful customer service. Makes me not want to come here if customers are being treated like this! The ladies with children looked upset and horrified! The server with a headscarf needs to treat customers better and be trained to have better customer service! She is the only one...
