I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred during my recent visit to the Old Kent Road B&M store.
On 24/02/2024, I approached a member of your staff, Raymon, to request a refund for a product I had purchased. To my dismay, Raymond not only refused the refund but also made false accusations that the product had been used. This is not only inaccurate but also highly unprofessional.
Furthermore, I was taken aback by the rude manner in which Raymond addressed me during this interaction. Customer service is crucial in maintaining a positive shopping experience, and I believe the behaviour exhibited by Raymond falls short of the standard expected at your store.
I understand that misunderstandings can occur, but the false accusations and discourteous behaviour have left me disappointed and dissatisfied as a customer. I trust that you will investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution.

Read moreAs a regular customer of your store, I visited last evening and was delighted to purchase this beautiful nutcracker. However, I also wanted to buy a ceramic Halloween pumpkin that was marked as £2. When I went to the till, I was told by the staff member there that the price was actually £5. I pointed out the incorrect display (with a yellow tag discount) and mentioned that it made sense for it to be on sale since Halloween had passed. Rather than simply checking the shelf and apologizing for the error, he started giving unnecessary explanations about how they change displays every week. It would have taken just a moment to verify the price and apologize, which I believe is the essence of good customer service. Another customer even had to step in and remind us that "the client is always right." I’d like to encourage your company to provide customer service training, especially for this staff member, and perhaps improve store organization to ensure prices are...
Read moreDO NOT buy any furniture or anything else from this store that you can't fit into your car as the majority of the parking bays are too small to fit vans in and trust me the second the lovely crooks at UKPC spot the slightest bit of your bumper hanging over the white line of the parking bay via their camera you will be hit with a nice £100 pound fine. Clearly the staff are all told what to say when you ask for the manager with your shopping receipt trying to explain that the parking bays are too small "the car park doesn't belong to B and M it's nothing to do with us"...yeah right because whoever owns the land then let's people park there for.nothing out of the kindness of their hearts as long as they are spending money in B and M. According to 1 staff member this is becoming a common problem and even if you have proof of purchases made in the store you will not get any help challenging the parking fine by B.and M. Something clearly doesn't sit right with this I...
