Shop stock, not an issue unless you want the meal deal, then dont count on it. Staff on the other hand are a disgrace. Rude, unhelpful, and to laugh and make jokes at and infront of thier customers, is an absolute disgrace. I ended up submitting a formal complaint to the company as I was shocked and infuriated by one particular member of staff, who one clearly didn't know what she was doing with a self service till, and then decided to belittle my partner, whom by the way works for boots but in another location for at least a decade, she chose to insult when my partner who knows the self service tills in and out stated about a bagging weight issue glitch. She then removed all of my partners items that she had scanned quite aggressively, started to rescan without clearing the basket first or doing anything to stop double scanning everything, then got annoyed with us, when we said to her repeatedly that your double scanning everything and should have cleared the basket first before starting again, to which she just said "shut up I'm doing it this way because you don't know what your doing, so I'm doing it for you", and this is all with my partners STAFF card in full view on the till. She finished scanning and then said to us "are ya happy now?" To which we said no because you still haven't removed the double scanned items. I would go on with the rest of this but hopefully my formal complaint will reach the management of this store. As it didn't stop at the till and it continued even as we left. I would avoid this store from now on due to the nature of the staffs behaviour and manners towards their customers as this didn't just happen to myself and my partner, but also another 2 people infront of us in the queue. I was waiting on the pharmacy counter to inquire about my prescription and he just ignored my presence and continued doing whatever he thought it was important for him. After waiting for quite while I decided to leave. The branch used to have extremely polite and helpful staff. Now it’s an unpleasant experience going to this branch. I will change my prescription to a private pharmacy as one is more likely to be welcome, be helped and have one’s presence at least...

I arrived early on the day, but there was no attendant, and I had to wait a long time. Afterwards, I was told there were no vaccines available and nothing could be done. There was no refund or compensation. They repeatedly blamed the IT team, with no proper resolution.
