Abysmal. We had a group booking for 10 people on Saturday evening. We arrived promptly and slightly early (as you should) and after providing name of booking etc we were invited to head upstairs where we were then taken to our darts table. After about 10/15 minutes when half of our party had gone to the bar to obtain drinks and we were all set up on the darts screen and INCREDIBLY rude staff member abruptly injected herself into our group asking about our booking and the name it was under etc. insinuating that we did not have a booking. After some time it was made apparent that there was two bookings under the same name and THEY had given us the wrong one. So instead of assigning the other party to a different table they decided to boot us out into the bar area to sit at a table and wait for a booth. After HALF AN HOUR of being sat with zero communication, members of our party going up and asking the bar staff what was going on and eventually finding the manager who was not aware of the situation at all - our party leader was gifted a couple of shots and then we were led to a booth. We were advised that we’d have an additional 15 minutes of play. The venue was absolutely roasting and unlike our original table we were not brought a fan. After being given our table not one member of staff came to ensure we were okay or happy. After paying per person it’s not at all the service you expect, especially the incredibly rude staff lady who had us removed from our original booth. After hearing how “great” this place is it was beyond disappointing and truly wouldn’t bother visiting again. It was incredibly busy and you could see other people complaining about the heat, atmosphere and overall vibe of the place. I’ve been to other interactive dart places and this one as the most expensive comes in at...

It's a fantastic place for an event: b'day, any celebration or just a casual meeting with friends. It would also be a great place for a casual catchup with a friend or a date. The whole venue is decorated with a mix of a ballon flight theme🎈 and imperial Britain. It has several rooms, a main bar, and 2 outside seating places: one downstairs and one upstairs. The lighting throughout is amazing - strings of bulbs - like in circus. Check out great lamps make of thise bulbs in the main area. The so-called 'social darts' is an automated board game where darts are one of many options, and you can find other games, too, such as 'snake and layers', for example. The board game units are all over the place in what looks like booths, but you can go for drinks or food only as well. The board is automatic, and it count ponints for you, keeps the score, and calls people for their turn. You can play with a little as 2 players to bigger group over 10 players. Our group was 14 players, and we were put in teams of 2. You need to book in advanceto play. You book a booth for a period of time and you can choose whichever game you like. The food is great and a good choice for social gatherings. It has a great selection of sharing platters. We had pepperoni pizza, garlic, and muchroom pizza and meat platter with fries platter - all very tasteful and surprisingly filling. The drink menu looked great, and our group sticked to prosecco and white wine, so I could not comment on cocktails. Beer on tap is also available and an impressive loss of spirits. Good choice of moctails, which still is quite rare in suc a big...

---not happy on my 3rd visit with the obvious charge that was not withheld on purpose!!

I wanted to update my review as I returned to flight club yesterday this was my 3rd visit.. me and my friend ordered 2 rounds of drinks inside and brought them to the garden outside, we then wanted a 3rd drink some time later so i saw a bell on our table and orderedfrom a waiter, I noticed that our £11 cocktails were now £14 EACH like they were inside!!....I only noticed After the payments we both made of %15.07!!! I immediately rang the bell and got the same staff member and told him he didn't inform us there was an additional charge because if that was the case we would have simply ordered inside, I said you must inform people so they can have a choice, this is an an evil way of stealing people's money!!!! As most people are quite drunk outside and probably won't recognise at all!!!!! He did refund the money, this is a case of principle andnn9t being cheated out of money..I'm disappointed and don't think I'll return back as the drinks were not really weak ..the waiter was not apologetic or friendly either!!!!!!

----Below is my review from my first visit----

Amazing venue tucked away in V-ictoria, great staff , me and my friend enjoyed the food and cocktails, although my second cocktail was awful and spicy!! The bar man rectified it! ..I wish I remembered his name! The music tonight was not good (30th May!)

My very first time 17 april the DJ played real music, great selection! And...

Fantastic night out for works christmas do. The place is so well organised, the staff are friendly, hard working and great at what they do. The whole venue is decked out like a carnival, with quirky light fixtures, interesting wallpapers, every detail has been carefully thought out. The main bar is a carousel, the stairs to access aren't the style of a helter skelter slide and the outdoor seating area has a potting shed and amazing floral displays. Obviously going at christmas added an extra magical touch with additional lights and decorations, but I can imagine at other times of the years it's just as impressive. We had pizzas, meat skewers, fancy bacon and onion topped waffle fries, all were delicious. And they catered for my nut allergy, carefully checking the ingredients before serving anything. Amazing cocktails, painstakingly made by the very handsome barmen. The darts itself was so much fun, lots of different games suitable for novices or pros. The interactive screen made them easy to set up and run independently. And the smart technology tracks all the points giving an overall winner at the end. Obviously being a Saturday night, it was rather busy, but I can honestly say our every need was catered for, the DJ played some hits, and our whole party had a great time. Highly recommended for couples groups and organised events. P.s. make sure you check out the phone box in the outdoor seating area 10/10 So much fun was had!

The venue looked great and had a modern design. The dartboards and darts were high quality and seemed well maintained. I only got a single set of three darts, but that was perfectly fine. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the whole setup felt very polished. I especially liked the instant replay feature when hitting a high score or checkout — such a fun touch! The floor also had three different throwing distances marked for beginners and advanced players. Another highlight was the player management system. It lets you create teams, so you don’t always have to play individually against everyone else. The available games included Demolition, Donkey Derby, Shanghai, Quackshot, Killer, and Snakes & Ladders. Pricing felt reasonable: about £13 for 60 minutes and £17 for 90 minutes. The biggest pros for me were the stylish venue and design, the easy player management system with team options, the instant replay for great throws, and the accurate scoring system that never needed manual adjustments. On the downside, the only real con is that the game selection is a bit limited since there’s no classic X01 option. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience with friendly staff and a well-thought-out setup. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a fun darts session!
