Today I was on a break from work and went into KFC to get a small burger. I asked the lady to serve me because I don't know how to use those order machines and she refused to help. I am guessing it wasn't busy at all and there were a lot of workers behind the counters they could have at least taken my order. I had only 15 minutes of my break then after a while i asked the lady again that I can't find what I need then a guy came to help then He put my order through. Then, after I waited for my burger, the lady remarked in a foreign language that I could understand, "Make her the burger" in a very disrespectful manner. As a customer who works in a fast food restaurant, I don't think she can run her mouth so rudely and treat customers that way. I also work and am familiar with proper customer service. And the shop was not crowded at all, she could have been more friendlier. This had never occurred to me before, and she should know how to manage customer service because she works in a fast food restaurant. I was also running late for my shift. Even talking in a different language about a customer is very rude, and if it was busy, I would totally understand, but there were only a few customers and a lot of people at the back who she could have asked to help me, but she was being so rude, giving me dirty looks, and this kind of environment thing makes me feel so horrible. I didn't want to leave a bad review, but having this kind of people working there isn't good. If she doesn't know how to treat their customers, maybe you should learn. I work down the road from KFC, and as a worker, I can say that I've never done anything like she did to anyone else. The order takes two minutes because it was not busy at all. Another guy didn't know how to use the machine either, and the same thing happened to him as it did to me. I hope the owner of this kFC sees this and tells his/her employees how to handle this kind of situation properly and not even that when I came in I was very pleasant to the girl but she came as quite harsh and disrespectful to me. When I pointed my Blue Light Card, he just said that we can only a discount, and we can't get the price offer. And then when we ask why, he just said "because you can't", with a very bad intonation and expression. Then I said "Excuse Me", the staff walked away and another lady staff took over from that man to talk to us. She immediately said, "because you have a blue card, you can only choose either discount or price offer" and when we wanted to choose the price offer she said "sorry it has been given discount" I asked how come?
