Amigos Burgers & Shakes-Tooting — Restaurant in London

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Amigos Burger and Shaking, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was fantastic—juicy burgers cooked to perfection, paired with their signature shakes that were simply out of this world. But what truly stood out was the impeccable service, thanks to the outstanding manager Mr Mohammed Abdul Samad.

From the moment we walked in, the manager made us feel incredibly welcome. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the customers' experience was evident in every interaction. They ensured that our orders were taken promptly and checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was just right.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and it's clear that the manager has cultivated a team that reflects their high standards of hospitality. It's not often that you find a place where the service is just as memorable as the food, but Amigos Burger and Shaking manages to do both with ease.

Just a quick review about this little place. I’m not usually a burger gal but in the past couple of months I’ve been here twice lol.

Firstly, I’d never noticed it and was actually googling milkshakes for my sister because on principle McDonalds (BDS) is a no go.

Yesterday was my second visit. Here are my observations:

Clean and friendly.

Staff who are helpful and serve with a smile (huge bonus).

I think one of the owners walked in on my first visit and he also gave me a beaming smile which was lovely.

My first order was a large one, whereas yesterday it was just for meeeeeee.

On both occasions, I received my order quickly and efficiently and they kindly gave me lots of chilli sauce which I love!

I really like their marketing and packaging.

The food was great! Hot and delicious. Really enjoyed it.

If you fancy a burger, veggie or otherwise, check them out, I think you’ll love it and the strawberry shake was lovely too.

This place is a let down to all the other amigo branches. From work ethics to hygiene of the store itself. I ordered burgers which was the worst out of other amigo branches I’ve eaten at, the sauce bottles were messy and leaking from the top and when asked about it they didn’t bother cleaning but instead just refilled over it. This isn’t the biggest issue as it happens but there’s flies and dead flies all over the store, flies over the bin which says about their standards as they won’t do anything about it. There were dead flies on the tables which says a lot about the places care for hygiene especially because this is where food is going to be and for this to happen it’s disgusting. This is food which people pay to eat and enjoy, but after today, there wasn’t anything to enjoy about it.
