Disgusting service, employed people with poor knowledge and communication skills with wrong attitude. Orders are not ready to collect by the selected dates and making you waste your valuable time to waste on their stores, no colleagues have any knowledge or any skills to talk with customers and instead saying anything bought online is not their concern then why providing a specific date to select when placing orders and making a client come to store to waste time and energy with colleagues with negative experiences to provide service.... There is no option in online to cancel the order as haven't got free times to keep going up and down in your store, neither calling option to talk to a customer service assistant instantly. This kind of service provided industry should get closed down or put a ban on such companies by the trading authorities who should protect the consumers in the UK. And I am pretty sure these companies don't pay any corporation tax either. Such a waste of my time and energy today while speaking with few colleagues in this store with such low skills and knowledge one of them named Tanya didn't even have knowledge to check the order to confirm the delivery date instead arguing the order date is placed online not part of their store and from different franchise,,, if I wanted to collect such companies info I will go company house kindly teach them to assist clients to solve the issue related to the query or...

I’m appalled by the profit-driven attitude of this pharmacy. As someone supporting an immunocompromised patient eligible for free NHS Covid test kits, I was shocked when the staff insisted we buy the kits instead. I was told they had “run out” of free ones — only to be pointed toward the shelf to purchase the exact same product.
When I raised this with the manager, the situation worsened. Despite offering to show the official NHS letter on the phone and even the patient’s NHS number so they could verify eligibility, she flatly refused to issue the kits. She claimed only a paper letter addressed specifically for Covid test kits and signed by a specialist doctor would be accepted — an arbitrary demand that isn’t stated in NHS guidance and clearly disregards accessibility for vulnerable patients.
This rigid and profit-first approach is not only unsympathetic — it undermines the NHS’s intent to protect at-risk individuals. Either they are unaware of the actual guidelines or are deliberately exploiting technicalities to drive sales. In either case, this is deeply disappointing and entirely unacceptable from a pharmacy entrusted with public...
Read moreI've had enough so I've switched. I have been coming here for over a year, i work 2 minutes away. I have crohns and arthritis so get prescriptions every 2-3 weeks. There's a middle aged man who always absolutely quizzes me before searching for my prescription. Whether I come 1, 2, 3 or more days after the GP has sent it to them it is NEVER ready. Thy don't give me an ETA of when it will be ready so it's not like I can go and come back. The shortest I have waited for a prescription is 15 minutes the longest is 32 minutes. Considering these should be ready for me to pick up, or at least tell me it'll be half an hour so I can go and come back. My arthritis is in my lower limbs so standing for half an hour is extremely painful, and I am sure difficult for others who are ill. There have also been several times of running in and out from the back, back and forth because they do not have co-codamol, again just send it back to my GP so i can pick it up elsewhere. They don't communicate that or when they expect a delivery. Just an absolute shambles and I'll walk 5 minutes further for more reliable and...
